"It ain't over till it's over" E-mail

ImageIn the famous if obtuse words of Yogi Berra, "It ain't over till it's over". The Polls are looking favorable in most important races in this Country, but favorable can be way too close.  It has been said that the only way a Republican can win in Washington State is to bury their opponent.  If the election requires a re-count, it is amazing how many Democrat ballots mysteriously turn up under desks or behind file cabinets at the King County Elections Office.

The point here is: please don't assume that because a Conservative candidate is running ahead in the polls, they will emerge victorious.  Every vote counts.  Everyone will be needed to affect the change that can save this Country.  Democrats are, shall we say, resourceful?  They will pull out all stops, and not blink when it comes to bending, breaking or ignoring the law if that is what it takes to win.

There are already reports of election irregularities in Nevada and Chicago (go figure).  If you witness such things, you need to report them, not only to officials, but to media outlets as well.  Do not allow your voting rights to be stolen by ideologues who believe the ends justify the means...any means.

If you vote by electronic machine, make sure your ballot accurately reflects your choice before you submit it.  There are reports of machines having Progressive candidates already checked before the voters began their selection.

If it's a mail in ballot, make sure the address on it is for the local elections office.  There have been reports of ballots being sent to local Progressive election groups for "tallying" before being forwarded to the official elections office.  We can only hope the ones indicating votes for Conservatives won't be delayed until after November 2nd.  Also, be certain you have plenty postage on your ballot.  I put two first class stamps on mine just to make sure.

Speaking of delays, there is some legitimate concern about getting ballots out to Armed Forces personnel in time for them to cast their votes.  It is stunning to me how we can get ballots to felons, street people, illegal aliens and the dead, but can't seem to extend the same courtesy to those fighting for our Country and way of life.  It's not as if this election has snuck up on anybody.

Most importantly, do vote.  This is the time when we show Washington DC and the Progressive movement the kind of change we really want.  This is when We The People reclaim America and get it back on the right track.  This is when we extract punishment for the failed policies, the wasted time and money and the greed and corruption that have been hallmarks of American politics for far too long.  This time we can't leave it up to everyone else.  The races are too tight, and the stakes too high.
